Some Words About Artworks

Somewhere between art and magic — a platform dedicated to marrying arts and business from around the world.

Our Mission

Artworks is a platform where we mix the arts and business from around the world. The arts may be the most powerful way to effect change — whether political, commercial, social, or personal. Our mission is to change the way you imagine arts and business together.

We are excited about innovation, creative thinking, disruptive business models, cross-fertilisations, happiness, boldness, entrepreneurship, and doers in general. We want to create a more attractive world by marrying arts and business — not for the sake of looking good, but for the sake of business sense.

What We Do

We run a magazine, a digital news forum, consultancy, collaborations, seminars, events, and talks. We also lead the Chief Arts Officer campaign to put the arts at the heart of business, and we are building a recruitment page exclusively for arts and business professionals.

With arts and business combined, everyone wins. Our work is about connecting individuals, companies, and societies to cultural organizations in ways that make sustainable business sense.

A Culture of Learning

Artworks fosters a culture of learning and culture — bringing together voices from galleries, law firms, hotels, and creative agencies to spark conversations that matter. We believe the cross-fertilisation between creative and commercial sectors produces better outcomes for all.

"Artworks is a fantastic resource for improving business activity in the arts."

— Noah Horowitz, Executive Director at The Armory Show

"The best-looking and most important editorial platform in Scandinavia."

— Pontus Silfverstolpe, co-founder of Barnebys.com
